Everything on the shelf earned its spot.
Somewhere between your third visit and your thirtieth, rental shoes stop being enough. The shop lives right inside the gym, it is stocked by people who climb here every day, and if we would not use it, we do not sell it.

Our staff will help you find the right size. Sizes and models rotate, and if you are between sizes, someone on staff has probably climbed in both. Just ask.
No appointment, no pressure. The shop is inside Shift at 12345 James Street, just off US-31. Come in, try something on, and ask a setter anything.
Six shelves, one stop.

Twenty models from first pair to competition grade.

Chalk balls, blocks, and our handmade canvas chalk buckets, plus loose chalk from the brands below.

The full Rhino Skin Solutions lineup, plus Climbskin, skin files, and finger tape in four widths.

Boar's hair and swappable-head brushes, so every hold gets clean again.

Beastmaker 1000 and 2000 hangboards, the Tension Grindstone, the So iLL Block, and portable strength trainers.

Small-run hoodies, tees, and hats, including local collabs and setter-humor shirts. When a run sells out, it is gone.
What we stock.
The full lineup we have carried, from first-pair comfort through competition-grade performance. Availability rotates, and the staff knows what is on the wall today.

Men's and women's fits are stocked across the beginner and step-up models, and low-volume options run through the So iLL and Scarpa lines. Ask the desk what is on the wall in your size.
The wall cannot hold everything, but our accounts can get nearly anything. If you want a model, size, or fit we do not have in stock, from any of our brands, tell the front desk. We will quote it straight, and you try it here when it lands, staff fit-check included.
The small things that save a session.
Dry hands on the last slopey top-out. Fingertips that recover by Thursday. A hold that finally feels clean again. This shelf is that difference.

We stock Friction Labs Gorilla Grip and Bam Bam in three sizes. In OutdoorGearLab's hands-on testing, Gorilla Grip "consistently felt the most grippy."
Prefer something else? Tokyo Powder Pure and Black, Enigma chunky chalk, Cypher chalk balls, and $2 blocks all live here too, along with our handmade canvas chalk buckets in four sizes.
EnigmaCypher
Most sessions end when your fingertips do, not your muscles. We carry the full Rhino Skin Solutions lineup, including Repair, an Editors' Choice from Climbing Magazine.
Alongside it: Climbskin hand cream, a skin file, and finger tape in four widths.

Chalk and rubber buildup fill exactly the texture your skin and shoes rely on. We stock Lapis brushes, including boar's hair, and FAZA brushes with swappable natural-boar or nylon heads.

Moisture and odor absorbers that Climbing Magazine called "a simple yet elegant tool" for exactly this problem, and one of the best-selling items in the building.
For the between-sessions crowd.
Grab one, then ask a setter how to actually use it. That part is free.

For developing fingers.

OutdoorGearLab calls it the best hangboard for advanced users, with "some of the best texture in our review."

An edge-training platform from the same company as the Tension Board 2 on our floor.
Also on the shelf: the So iLL Block for portable finger training, strength trainers, and the Ergo Edge.
What you get for walking in.
Staff who climb here every day will tell you what works.
Staff fit-check on every order, including custom orders.
Ask a setter how to use the hangboard you just picked up.
