Shift is owned by the Ogilvie family. We wanted Holland to have the gym where friends fall in love with climbing: lots to climb from day one, easy climbs that are creative and genuinely fun, and a place that welcomes the first-timer and the everyday climber equally.

Espresso, kombucha on tap, and snacks everyone can enjoy, with nut-free, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and kid-approved options. Free wifi and plenty of table room. You do not need to climb to hang out here.
